Office Manager / Client Liaison
Your first contact with our firm is likely to be Connie Spiegel, our Office Manager, and Client Liaison. In that role, Connie is dedicated to welcoming you with a personal approach and an efficient introduction to our firm and the range of help and services that we offer. We hope you will be able to hear the smile in her voice as she answers your questions, for her helpful attitude is one of the attributes that made us want to hire her. Connie will schedule your meetings with us and send you reminders, she will send you forms and information as needed or requested, and she will make sure we know what you need and when you need it from us.
Connie has always had a passion for maps (so she can help you get to us if needed). She followed that passion to her first career as a Cartographer at Rand McNally, moving up through Book Manufacturing and Product Management. She has a breadth and depth of experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, in fields ranging from publishing to technology, marketing and communication, higher education, operations, financial management, and healthcare. To back up her business experience, Connie has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Two common threads weave through her various positions: exceptional customer service and thoughtful communication. Connie knows how to listen—really listen—so she hears both what is said and what is meant.
In addition to her interest in the legal field and helping people, Connie plays golf, bakes, rides bikes, and hikes. She has been an adaptable member of many different teams, learning and growing with each one. All of these experiences have played a vital part in preparing her to handle the office management here at Brigitte Schmidt Bell, P.C.
